Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The consultation is genuinely free for qualifying membership associations. Our goal is to spend approximately 30 minutes with you over the phone determining whether or not this may be a fit for your organization and if so, we'll follow-up with a demonstration and possibly a 90 day pilot test.

Who should attend from our organization?

We recommend including the person ultimately accountable for membership growth (often the CEO or Executive Director), plus any senior leaders responsible for membership, marketing, or engagement. You’re also welcome to include a board member or officer if helpful.

What will we walk away with?

You’ll leave with an understanding of what this is and how it could work for you.

How much time should we set aside?

Plan for 30 minutes. We keep the session focused and structured, and we’ll review your intake responses ahead of time so we can get straight to the issues that matter most.
